Dimensioned As-Built Drawings (CAD or PDF)
Component and Equipment drawings labeling component heat and serial numbers
X-ray As-Built Drawings linking individual welds to the weld map and report
Pressure test graphs and raw data for both pressure and temperature

Farm Taps
Over 15 standard Farm Tap layouts from ¾” up to 2”. Farm Taps can be fully welded, threaded, flanged, or any combination. Layouts can be customized to accommodate customer specifications. Meter Sets
Rotary Meter Sets are one of the more common products offered to natural gas end users, but typical units are not built with field personnel in mind. With years of experience working on and proving rotary meters, we design every set predominately for field personnel needs.
We offer over 45 Rotary Meter Sets available for 2M, 3M, 5M, and 7M. Standard layouts are available in 2” and 3” sizes with meter runs vertical or horizontal. All meter sets can be customized to accommodate any equipment specifications or spacing constraints. Meter Sets ship fully assembled, inspected, pressure tested, painted, and with a records compliance package.
Gas Trains
Custom made gas trains for all industrial applications you may have. From ¼”-4” Natural Gas carbon steel, we are pleased to offer trains for all applications. Units can be threaded or welded, all welded units to either API 1104 or ASME B31.3, all materials ASTM or ASME specifications.

Design of meter tube spools per AGA standards based on the customer meter selected.
Meter tube spools interior coated with light weight oil.
Alignment pins for re-assembly if desired.
Taps, as required, drilled full open and free of all debris.
Tight Inner Diameter tolerances per customer specification or custom design.
Meter tube spools pressure testing to specify or customer procedures.

Meter tube spools sandblasted, primed, and painted (if desired) per customer specifications.
Record turnover package to include as-built drawings, radiographic inspection reports, pressure test reports, all Material Test Reports and Certificates of Conformance, and all compliance documentation to include weld procedures and qualifications, radiography inspection procedure and qualification, and all testing equipment certifications and calibration.
